Doug was very calm and not overly aggressive trying desperately to make a sale. I got the sense that he was a really genuine. I was also pleased about the 30-day after sale service offered by Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars, although I don't know what the industry standard is. More

Very happy - recommended I just bought a used car through Wilson's and it was a pretty good experience. When I said I'd have to come back later with my wife they said "just take the car home and take as long as you like". Good on them, that was pretty cool. Wilson's selection of cars was excellent. They have lots of cars that we could see ourselves buying, at a range of prices. Didn't see any problem cars or clunkers. Of course I liked their no haggle pricing policy. I researched a couple of their cars and found that the pricing was very competitive. So the purchase was easy and I felt I had a great bargain. Overall the experience was great and we will definitely go back to Wilson's another time. More

Great Sunny and Jamie are great and with all the different types of cars and SUVs . The finance department is the downfall; disorganized and frustrating. Good Dealership Sales person, Conrad was very helpful. He spent extra time to go over all technical equipment like Navigation when I took delivery. Vehicle was a great value compared to other dealerships. I went back a week later to check with their service dept re a small issue. They were excellent also. My only negative point is that they only give you a 1/4 tank of gas, which seems a bit stingy. More
