My experience with Mark Wilsons I recently bought a Dodge Ram 1500 and overall I am very happy with the truck and the service that I had experienced with Mark Wilson's! I have to say I recently bought a Dodge Ram 1500 and overall I am very happy with the truck and the service that I had experienced with Mark Wilson's! I have to say they are a great dealership and I would recommend them for any one looking to buy a used vehicle. There were a few issues but they were resolved and the service centre was very easy to work with. More

What a pleasure it was to bring my van in the day after I called for an appointment for warranty work and to walk out without someone trying to make a sale off me. The service people were friendly, helpful and efficient and I walked out without having to take out my wallet. Finally, a place I can go and not feel like I', being taken advantage of. I bought my last two vans from here and I drove my previous one for 10 years and put 327,000 KMs on it with minimal repairs. I strongly recommend this dealership and their service department. If I lived closer I would get all my service work done there. More

Amazing car purchase experience! I started with a simple pre-approval online and in less than a week we have our car in our driveway. The approval process was done fast at the advertised rate. Once we got to the lot we looked a few vehicles and Sunny got us into two of them for test drives with no pressure at all. We took all the time we needed to make a decision between our top two choices and settled on the Journey. We then spoke with Deneen in the business office for our paperwork. I can say she was truly amazing to work with! Everything in order so there was no extra time wasted in there. Upon arrival, I signed the last of the paper work and was in and out in about 20 minutes in the new SUV. Thanks so much Sunny and Deneen...we'll definitely be back!! And looking forward to seeing the new location!! It will be amazing! More

After days of no communication, we were told they couldn't get approved through traditi We put down a deposit a vehicle so financing could be secured. After days of no communication, we were told they couldn't get approved through traditional lenders and were looking at other options. After more than a week, we were finally advised they found financing at one of their partner lenders at 13.5 %. We sent all income confirmation to proceed with the purchase only to have Mark Wilson's come back and tell us they sold the car to someone else. We were told this "never happens" and they didn't know what went wrong. When we asked why we were being told that the car was sold to someone else and they weren't approaching the other buyer since we had started the process first, Mark Wilson's refused to answer us. After a month and a half, we still had no resolution and had to call to ask for our deposit to be returned. We went to a Honda dealership after that and had an approval in 1 day at 5.5% More
