Worst customer & vehicle service ever! 25 words is not enough to describe the nightmare that is Roger... the so called service manager. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! 25 words is not enough to describe the nightmare that is Roger... the so called service manager. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! More
HORRIBLE Experience I bought a used Volvo S60 from March this past summer. They said it was in excellent condition and safety certified. I noticed shortly thereafter that I bought a used Volvo S60 from March this past summer. They said it was in excellent condition and safety certified. I noticed shortly thereafter that the heat and air conditioner didn't work. I told them, and they fixed it. Later, after hearing strange noises, I took the car for an assessment to a Volvo mechanic and they found several faults including leaking front shocks, leaking CV boot, a cracked timing belt, and metal parts in the power steering fluid — things that should have been caught in the safety inspection. March refused to fix them. I then had them fixed at a Volvo dealership for $2,385.82, plus $152.00 for the initial assessment, plus $59.98 for car rental. I then got a Carproof report which showed that the car had been in THREE separate accidents!!! I then contacted OMVIC who told me that these accidents should have been listed on my bill of sale, but they were NOT LISTED. OMVIC contacted the dealer, but March Ford refused to do anything further for me. I understand from OMVIC that March Ford will receive what is referred to as an “administrative reprimand” for not putting this critical information on the bill of sale. Needless to say, I am not satisfied with March Ford and I would not recommend them to anyone. More
Worse customer service ever! This dealership is nothing but a money grab with poor customer service. They give you the run around and play games between service and administration This dealership is nothing but a money grab with poor customer service. They give you the run around and play games between service and administration. Not willing to help, not willing to explain. Roger the service manager hung up the phone on me for requesting an explanation. When I contacted the principal it was no different. I am outraged at this dealership's practices - avoid at all costs!! More
Shady practices. I'd avoid. I was initially impressed with them, but I've had to change my opinion. While everything started out ok, I've had problems with the buying process, an I was initially impressed with them, but I've had to change my opinion. While everything started out ok, I've had problems with the buying process, and I am no longer able to recommend them. They first quoted me a price, then tried adding admin fees after the fact (which is not allowed per OMVIC rules). I got them to remove the fees, and I was happy to let that slide. However, they have now lied to me about the mileage. My signed bill of sale says the car has 16,000kms, yet they just informed me AFTER making the deal, that the car actually has 19,000kms. That's a 3000km difference! And that's simply unacceptable. I'm writing this so others are aware of their shady practices. Be cautious if you deal with them. And know your rights as a buyer by reading up at OMVIC. More
God Awful - AVOID March Ford seem to play games and giving you the run around. First they were not upfront about the amount they were giving me for my trade in. When I March Ford seem to play games and giving you the run around. First they were not upfront about the amount they were giving me for my trade in. When I ask the Business Manager Husni Haifa to show me where the Ford discount was indicated he would not tell me and he was not clear on what was the car total price, he was more interested in showing me monthly payments. After buying the car, I was looking at my bill of sale and notice that they indicate that my trade in odometer was set at 112 236 Km while I told them and showed them that I had driven 130 100Km with my 2012 Fusion. I don't like these type of games for me it is a lack of respect for the customer and don't create trust you in a dealer. I will not recommend March Ford and will not have my car service there either. Update January 2018 When I bought the car I asked if my Fusion snow tire would fit. They told me they would fit but we would have to change the rims. Since we got snow and I need snow tire I phoned around to see if I could use my previous snow tires. The 3 different garages that I contacted gave me the same answer: they are not compatible. Again, how can you trust them. More

A solid wrench light came onto the dash several weeks ago, I called Jim Keay ( the dealership I purchased the vehicle through) to ask if this light is covered under the new car warranty I purchased with the car. I was told it was and that I could bring it to any Ford dealership to have the work done. I called the New March Ford, and told them I had two lights on my dash one was a tire pressure sensor which isn't a problem as the car came with this on and a solid wrench which they described to me as a check engine light and since it was solid I could bring the car in the following week. I bought the car in and after two days, when I went to pick up the car the service manager told me "You know there is a charge associated with this work", I was told it took a full day to "reprogram the computer" and the light would most likely come back on. I was told I was being charged $250 since there was nothing wrong with the car and the light came on due to Jim Keay selling me a car with faulty tire sensors. I called Jim Keay and was assured this would not bring the light not and furthermore I should have been called and told there would be a charge associated with the work involved. Mitch the owner contacted me to ask me to remove the review I posted following this work. He offered me half my money back if I removed my review which I refused as I felt entitled to a full refund. Mitch offered to give me a full refund and charge me $75 to change my tires. I agreed and removed my previous review. I brought my car in to get my tires changed and I received a call the following day. The New March Ford, heated up my lug nuts and had warped all of them and had broken a wheel stud. I was told on Monday there would be approximately $150 charge to replace the lug nuts and another $70 to replace the locking lug nut. I told the service manager I needed to make a call before authorizing this work because I found it odd that my new car which had new tires installed by Jim Keay 3 months prior would have the lug nuts so badly seized they would all have to be broken to remove. I called Jim Keay and they told me it sounded like I was being taken advantage of. I called the service manager back and was told that when chrome wheel nuts are installed on a vehicle for several years they begin to seize, after informing him there were new tires on the car, the service manager included these for free. Upon picking up my car I was told there was a$70 fee as discussed plus another $90 fee and I was entitled to around a $40 store credit. I will post the email chain between the owner and myself, as I feel like it was very clear this was not what we had agreed upon. I will not be using the store credit as I have not been able to bring my car here without further costs being charged to myself. I have reached out to several people regarding this matter and I realize there are other people with similar stories to my own, I will update this review once I find a suitable outlet to post all of the emails exchanged between myself and the owner of The New March Ford and about other people's experiences. I hope that if the New March Ford cannot help remedy this situation that a representative from Ford Canada can. More

Diagnostic Light for Fuel Injection Sytem My Mustang GT 's diagnostic light for the FI system indicated a problem. After 10 days of waiting for the car to be fixed was given a bill for $897 for replacement of the "throttle body". Next day car trouble light returned with the same "diagnostic code" ( I have my own diagnostic code analyser and checked) and returned car to March Ford. Service manger said they would now call Ford Help Line to correctly diagnose and fix problem. I dropped in next day to pick up car and was told they were still waiting for a response from Ford Help. Somewhat disappointed, I drove off with the car and took elsewhere and had problem fixed. I'm out $897 for a part that did not need to replaced , poor customer service(they had the car 10 days) and an incompetent diagnosis. I do not recommend March Ford. More
