ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE SERVICE SINCE MARCH 2024. 2 DAYS TO CHANGE OUT SUMMER TIRES THIS WEEK. DECLINED A WARRANTY ITEM THAT ONLY COST THE DEALERSHIP $200.00 PLUS $200 LABOUR AFTER THE DAMAGE WAS 2 DAYS TO CHANGE OUT SUMMER TIRES THIS WEEK. DECLINED A WARRANTY ITEM THAT ONLY COST THE DEALERSHIP $200.00 PLUS $200 LABOUR AFTER THE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THEIR PAINT SHOP ON WINGES RD VAUGHAN. SEE INVOICE # PAID OVER $3845.27 iN MARCH AND JUNE 2024 K TO FIX SCRATCH ON BACK TRUNK OF 2024 X 6. PAINT SHOP REMOVED DECALS TO PAINT AND DID NOT PUT THEM BACK PROPERLY. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN FALLING OFF SINCE MARCH 2024. PAINT SHOP ALSO DAMAGED BOTH BREAK LIGTHS WITH OVER SPRAY AND MISSED ONE SCRATCH ON BUMPER. I CALLED IN TO EXPRESS THIS AFTER I PICKED UP THE CAR AND WAS TOLD THAT I CAUSED THE DAMAGE AGAIN. BRAKE LIGHTS ARE COMPLETELY COVERED IN LAQUER AND DAMAGED. WARRANTY SHOULD COVER AND IT WAS DECLINED BY ANDRE AND MICHAEL - APPARENTLY !!!! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS AND OWEN FOUR BMW'S , ALL OF WHICH ARE SERVICED AT MARANELLO. HIS IS INSANE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DEALERSHIP. TOO BAD , BECASUE I LIKE VICTOR WHO WAS OUR FIRST SALESMAN AT 22 YEARS OLD AND SERVICE TEAM . FOR 440.00 , THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD HONOR THE DECAL WARRANTY AND FIX MY REAR LIGHTS. DO NOT ARRANGE FOR ANY BODY PAINT REPAIRS WITH THEM - GO SEE FIX AUTO INSTEAD. AT LEAST YOUR VEHICLE WONT COME BACK DAMAGED. More
