Great service, and a special shout out to Tony Tang, who provided us an A class service. We came in with ton of questions and doubts, and Tony was so great in addressing all our questions and concerns, who provided us an A class service. Tony patiently addressed every concern we had, suggested ideas that we haven't thought about, was always available for any follow questions we had, and overall provided us with perfect service. We found it very helpful that Tony is so knowledgeable and experienced, and above all we appreciated his patience, and that he never pushed us and was very supportive. We definitely are staying in this Toyota branch. More

THE MECHANIC DIAGNOSE MY TACOMA WRONG!!! I brought in my toyota tacoma for service for see what was wrong with my 4x4 because it wasnt working properly. they said it was my front diff actua I brought in my toyota tacoma for service for see what was wrong with my 4x4 because it wasnt working properly. they said it was my front diff actuator that wasnt working. so i paid $125 for the diagnostic... so i went some where else to get a second opinion to look at it, they said it was not the front diff actuator... so i called back maple toyota to see if they would diagnose my truck again because i paid $125 already for the diagnostic before...the service lady Claudine Jagnandan was so rude! she said no, put me through to the service manager Pascale...left a message never called back or even pick up his phone??? that Claudine is so rude!!! she is like a wolf in sheeps clothing!!! I will never go back there again to fix or buy anything!!! Im very disappointed with their service!!!!! More

Harris has excellent product knowledge, he walked us through all the different models including Toyota Highlander and took us to test drives multiple times. He also helped us getting a good deal including extended insurance and went out of his way to get the Van delivered as soon as possible as we had our family road trip planned. Job not complete Terrible service! When the car was initially purchased there was a chip on the windshield and one of the break lights were out. Toyota refused to fix Terrible service! When we tried to get a hold of the sales advisor Andrea, he became non responsive. We have been given the run around and have been told lie after lie. At this point we are beyond frustrated and fed up. When we attempted to get the issue resolved we were given incorrect information which resulted in our vehicle having to stay at the Maple Toyota service center for 2 days. we expressly stated that the windshield needed to be fixed, when it was done we receive a phone call stating that it was fixed but what we came to find out was that they did not fix it at all and said we were not covered. More
Miserable Customer service and Not a Trustworthy place I used to bring my 2 vehicle for service since ladt few years. Today, I picked my car after their maintenance service and paid $150 which includes al I used to bring my 2 vehicle for service since ladt few years. Today, I picked my car after their maintenance service and paid $150 which includes all lubrication to the hinges and door contacts etc. Top up all fluids and general check up. When I pick up the vehicle, there was a big black hand mark at the front. No fluid was topped up. And hinges were dry. After asking the service manager and calling the technician who performed the service found out that the fluid went low by driving from garage to the parking and hinges get dried in 10 minutes so you see no lubrication on thr hinges etc. Both the service manager and tech. Was arguing and not willing to solve the issue. It is really disappointing that dealer does this kind of service and breach the trust of the customers. I would not go there again. More
Broken promises and Services not performed Purchased a used 1-year old Prius from Maple Toyota. As part of the deal had requested (and had approved) the provision of a portable booster. Still no booster. Gave up - still annoyed. Will not buy from them again. Ever. Took the car in a few months later for its first service and they quoted $1500 of work that was needed on my brand new (to me) car. I would have expected that they would have changed the air filter, for example. Nope - it had never been changed and seeing the history from the former owner, he never did it either. The brakes needed work (1 year old..). Took the car in to my old dealership (Don Valley North Toyota) for a second opinion. Let's just say I won't be going back to Maple for service again either. Not impressed. Too bad as they're close to my work and that would have worked out better for me. More

She sat in the waiting area for an hour, and went up to the service counter to ask when her car was going to go in the shop. The service advisor did not give any information. Half hour later, she went up again to ask. Again, no apologies or information. Finally, she saw her car go in the shop. After another hour, she again went to the service counter, and they did not apologize, or do anything. Finally, after 3 hours, her car was ready. Did they apologize? No. They don’t care. What is the point of booking an appointment? She won’t ever go back there, and neither will I. More
