Service Department I bought a VW last year at this dealer and the experience was great. Since then, I have been to the Service department few times and each time my expe I bought a VW last year at this dealer and the experience was great. Since then, I have been to the Service department few times and each time my experience has been excellent; on time, efficient, very polite and helpful staff and I never had a surprise with the invoice. Taking an appointment for my car and going to a garage is normally not a thing I am looking for but every time I call Doug to set the appointment and talking to him when I get there is pleasant, friendly and I know I can trust him.
