Satisfied Lorentz was the guy who approached us when we arrived at the dealership. He was friendly and helfpful. Although we didint end up getting the car that we wanted (2016 Tiguan highline with R line Package because there was none in BC), we got our alternative choice which was still satisfactory. From test driving to finalizing the deal, we had a great experience dealing with Lorentz and Chris. Scott was also very helpful in describing our payments and other stuff. He got our paperwork done in less than 30 mins I will definately recommand them to my friends who are interested in getting vw cars. Thanks More

Very pleasant experience The dealership was interested in acquiring our used EOS, and wanted to sell us up to a newer model. The only negative was a new system ICBC implemented which caused delays with the transfer and re-purchase of the vehicles. Overall we would give the experience a 4.5.
