Amazing My 2004 Jeep liberty engine suddenly died, so I started looking online at cars and then decided to go into the nearest Volkswagen dealer close to my p My 2004 Jeep liberty engine suddenly died, so I started looking online at cars and then decided to go into the nearest Volkswagen dealer close to my place, I went in and was immediately greeted by Charles Tomozer, all the staff were so happy and friendly, it was so refreshing not to have the negative vibes and high pressure that I had experienced so many other times, from other car dealerships over the years, he made me a coffee and we sat down as he asked me what I was looking for as my wish list. After I told him, I sat relaxing as he went to do some research, he then came back, a short time later, to tell me that a 2013 VW turbo Beetle, that had recently came in, matched what I was looking for. Charles took me outside to check the vehicle out and said I could take it for a test drive for a couple hours, I went back and then ended up having it over the weekend, no pressure. I came back Sunday night and after some friendly negotiations with both Rob and Charles, I purchased my new VW. Charles was very informative and helpful showing me the different features and helping me set up my blue tooth, etc. I have to mention that even the finance man, Ben, was friendly and went over every thing explaining all the fiance paperwork thoroughly with me Tuesday I dropped off my car to have a few things fixed and the car detailed as agreed upon, I'm excited to get it back as so far I LOVE my new purchase. I can honestly say that this was my best experience buying a vehicle ever. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Rob very pleased I had been looking at the Sportswagon for quite some time , popped in Monday and talked with Trevor, extremely knowledgabke on the car inside and out. Incompetent and rude finance guy, Ben. Screwed me out of a certified used vehicle warranty. Came off as extremely rude also.
