Trevor showed me a 2017 GTI which I test drove that afternoon. His knowledge of the GTI was excellent and made the decision much easier. I was doing the TDI buyout/trade in and Trevor helped throughout this process as well. I ignored 1st price. 3 days later dealer put best offer fwd. How I wish you didn't have to negotiate! The salesman knew I was courting other dealerships, so when I walked away from the first offer, he called bac How I wish you didn't have to negotiate! The salesman knew I was courting other dealerships, so when I walked away from the first offer, he called back with the best possible offer 3 days later. Outside of the discomfort of negotiations, everything was very well handled. A problem occurred. When I got home I discovered that there was a small puncture-like dent on the roof of my brand new VW Golf near the sunroof opening that I had not noticed on first inspection. The dealership provided me with a new replacement car without any fuss. More

Excellent Experience We haven't bought many cars from a dealership, and we're a little apprehensive since we had heard so much conflicting info regarding "diesel gate", bu We haven't bought many cars from a dealership, and we're a little apprehensive since we had heard so much conflicting info regarding "diesel gate", but the staff at MRVW answered all our questions and even made us feel very confident and satisfied with our trade in value and choice of vehicle. Being older, we especially appreciated the demo with the TDI instrumentation from Geoff which we joking referred to as our "Apple Service" on the way home. A lot of changes in the options, and his tutorial on all the features we now have at our fingertips, blew us away. I told my husband that his parents should be proud - he showed a lot of patience and the way he gave us all the help programming our iPhones into the Bluetooth, and we won't hesitate to contact them. The dealership picking up the bridge tolls when we come for serving, is also a good business policy, since we checked 3 other VW dealerships and found them the best of the 4! More
