Poor accountability After purchasing a vehicle from vw we had major issues with it just 3 weeks after Buying it. the issues went on for 6 months, and still now. It's literally been in the service dept more then in my driveway. We asked them for a different vehicle, they apparently could not find one of the same value, always trying to up sale us. Or say there was nothing they could do. Very challenging to deal with. Not understanding of the safety issue and no compensation for the inconvenience of having to take the vehicle in for service week after week. They would give it back with the issue being unresvolved. Took many calls and emails to get ahold of the manager. Kept getting past on to different people. Probably because they knew they should do more to help us due to the major electrical issue we were having right from the start. They say they "certify" the used vehicles they bring in. But we aren't sure what that means, as the issues we had should have been noticed. Would never recommend this dealership or go back More

His teammate Robert called me when it was ready to set up an appointment to come in to settle everything. Overall these guys were great, friendly and made the whole process super easy.
