Kyle Smeding, cares and listens. I approached Kyle with a very specific request and a tight budget. From the first day of our transaction he was asking questions I hadn't even though I approached Kyle with a very specific request and a tight budget. From the first day of our transaction he was asking questions I hadn't even thought of yet. (Which are rare). He was very patient with me, even with our current COVID-19 restrictions. I wasn't 100% ready to buy at our first interaction and that didn't bother him. He was inquisitive and curious as to what I was looking for. Once I was ready to commit he found the vehicle I needed at a used car lot in Richmond and the deal succeeded the next day.
