Bought a car newer than I expected! I visited the dealership three times over a period of 5-6 weeks, on the third visit I purchased a used Golf that had just arrived in the dealership. I initially was dealing with a Salesperson who left and I was quickly contacted by Jaz who knew what I was looking for in a car. Jaz kept me informed and assured me that he could find the right car at a price I could afford. I have to say that Jaz was the perfect balance of informative, friendly, patient and professional. He went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with my purchase, he even reassured me that Volkswagen will continue to support the purchase for years to come. More

this dealer should not be in business This would be the last dealer on earth that I would ever do business with.Rob MacKenzie is a liar.He promised me less than 300.00 worth of parts for 4 This would be the last dealer on earth that I would ever do business with.Rob MacKenzie is a liar.He promised me less than 300.00 worth of parts for 4 years since I bought a V10 toureg through him because of damage to the right front cone on a vehicle that was not supposed to have been in an accident.He asked for pictures so sent them 3 different times.Said l had to wait till he could afford them.Nothing for 4 years of chasing him and still nothing.I must have called him 25 times and was promised each time.Called his manager and left a message still no reply.And now you want a good review. Not from me. More

We arrived at the dealer's parking lot, when Robert McKenzie welcomed us. He explained all the technical features of this vehicle as well as the financial incentives of ownership during the "Push, Pull and Drag Event". We were extremely impressed with Rob's vast knowledge of the entire VW Product Line.
