IAN SPECKMAN IS A MAN OF HIS WORD HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 STARS I recently purchased a used vehicle - with some minor electrical issues at the time of purchase I mentioned my concerns - I was told that these issues I recently purchased a used vehicle - with some minor electrical issues at the time of purchase I mentioned my concerns - I was told that these issues would be addressed - we have been working towards a solution to the problem - on a positive note Ian is a man of his word I hope we can resolve these issues soon Ian called me today and said that everything will be taken care of I highly recommend Maple Ridge Chrysler I will make sure all my family members purchase our vehicles from this dealer ship can't thank you enough Ian special thanks to John for helping me out More

Kudos to Chad and Calvin for a Great Experience I was kinda in the market for a Wrangler and got offered a deal on a 75th Anniversary Edition Sahara that I just couldn't walk away from. My salesp I was kinda in the market for a Wrangler and got offered a deal on a 75th Anniversary Edition Sahara that I just couldn't walk away from. My salesperson Chad Horton worked hard for my business - even took my phone calls on his days off! Sales Manager Calvin Young not only came through with an excellent deal (waaaay better than I anticipated) - but also worked with Chad to find the vehicle that suited my needs. (first time ever I have seen a Sales Manager run across a lot to fetch a vehicle while his salesperson chatted with the customer about previously owned rigs - wow). Both Chad and Calvin were polite, personable and knowledgeable about the subject at hand - Wranglers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking for a Jeep product. More

Horrible service In April 2016 I bought a 2015 ram 1500 from Ryan Whitford, he was really helpful until all the paperwork was done and after that is where the service In April 2016 I bought a 2015 ram 1500 from Ryan Whitford, he was really helpful until all the paperwork was done and after that is where the service stopped, it took a month to get my spare key fob and owners manual, the truck had a screw in one of the tires which could have been dealt with that day but I had to wait a month on that, shortly after I noticed my headlights (black bezel) were starting to bubble in the back reflective material and was told that because it was a known problem they won't cover them under my extended warranty which after talking to another dealer I found out was a complete lie, and now my license plate lights keep going out and coming back on , because they put led bulbs in means that issue won't be covered under my warranty. Save yourself the time and hassle and go else where, these guys will look you directly in the face and lie to you and tell you to deal with Chrysler directly ( that's why I bought a new vehicle with a warranty, so I don't have to). I had to make 4-5 visits to have one issue resolved and all they did was pay for a rental for a day, didn't offer a free car wash or anything for my hassle, my time is valuable and I don't enjoy driving back and forth to a dealership to be taken advantage of. Again, stay away from MAPLE RIDGE CHRYSLER. More

Great Deal & Consolodate Dept I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan Sxt Blacktop and consolidated my dept. This is my first brand new car. This is my second car from this dealer I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan Sxt Blacktop and consolidated my dept. This is my first brand new car. This is my second car from this dealership. I am really happy with the outcome. The vehicle is awesome. I saved a bunch of money by buying at year end. Payments are reasonable. Everybody who works there supported me through the process. Domonic put a lot of extra work in, and he delivered the cashback to my door. He drove me home the first night, so I could have snow tires installed. The next day they delivered the Van to my door. Thank you everybody at Maple Ridge Chrysler. Your persistence paid off, and it turns out I am really happy. The best part about the entire process is that I did most of the shopping from home. When I arrived at the dealership the car I chose was sitting by the front door warmed up and waiting for me to take it out for a spin. Dominic sent pictures and movies. He was really helpful. The first used car I purchased 5 years back was delivered to my house to test drive for a couple days. I was happy with that car also. I recommend Domonic and Maple Ridge Chrysler completely. Bonnie Fairbairn from Rand and Fowler Insurance was so perfect. I think she even stayed late for me. More

As good as it gets. Before i go into my review let me state; Joe Abenante is as good as it gets when looking to buy a new vehicle. When i am done with this vehicle i will Before i go into my review let me state; Joe Abenante is as good as it gets when looking to buy a new vehicle. When i am done with this vehicle i will definitely be going back to him. He is the furthest thing possible from a typical salesmen. I don't know if it's just me or maybe everyone feels the same. I find car dealerships and car salesmen very off putting. I find the way car salesmen act like your best friend and take an obviously insincere interest in you insulting. Their mouths say one thing but they all have that look similar to Charles Manson, looking at you with hungry eyes,a sizeable commission on their mind. The second you tell them you won be buying a car today they go from your best friend to an insulting critic. They will use cheap sales tactics like the ticking clock ("well your not the only one interested in this vehicle it may not be here when you come back"). And when all that doesn't work they have their boss come in and tell you how you wont find a better deal and with your credit you should be jumping all over this offer. Talking to you like your crazy for taking a little extra time before making a decision that involves thousands of dollars, years of your life and your credit score. It blows my mind that this is what buying a new vehicle is like everywhere you go. If i ever hit the lotto I'm going to open a dealership where the sales people are on well paid salarys and remove commission from the process so we can deal with sincere and helpful people (like Joe Abenante ) when looking to buy a new vehicle. Just going through my paperwork and one of the 20 initials/signatures they sped me through at the end finalizing the sale was a $2100 "protection package" which I have no recollection in discussing or any idea what it involves. That's not Joes doing it was the guy i saw after whose name I've forgotten. More
