I did not want red, white or black but once I saw the red (burgundy) I changed my mind, Mans was very helpful and did not push, but silently showed me all the options. All the paper work was done quickly and efficiently, but on a Saturday, everyone is busy, so it does take time. I want to thank Mans for helping me make a great decision and hopefully this van will be as great as the other 2 I have purchased. Also the hotdogs were a great bonus. Thanks Sandi More
