We had been doing our research and homework on the Mazda CX-5 since January and finally made our purchase just last week. We came ready and prepared for the haggling but experienced nothing close to this, with these two associates. They were ready and willing to accomodate and satisfy our every needs, including pricing, incentives and special offers. When we did run into a few minor details, Paul was ready to listen and promptly respond to any issues or queries. Thirteen years after buying my first new car, I wanted nothing less then to move forward with ease, confidence and calm. We all have enough stress in our lives to have to be overwhelmed by pushy, unprofessional dealers.
