TERRIBLE SERVICE I recently brought my Mazda 3 to maple mazda for service. Got charged something that I didn't consent to. When I politely asked Rico for an explanatio I recently brought my Mazda 3 to maple mazda for service. Got charged something that I didn't consent to. When I politely asked Rico for an explanation he laughed in my face and basically said "what do you expect?". It is hard enough as a woman going into dealerships, having the men look at you like your an idiot little child, I don't need to deal with this man laughing in my face! I am happy to pay for warranted service. When I get charged for something that I don't know what it is, I think I am entitled to a professional explanation of the service. Later I spoke to the manager Ryan over the phone. He assured me he would do "some digging" and would get back to me later that day for sure. It has been 8 days and I have heard nothing!! I called Mazda Canada and they will not take any responsibility for this poor service. They said it's up to the dealer to handle the complaint. When I said they obviously don't care about the Mazda brand or they wouldn't treat their customers this way they said there was nothing that they can do about it. I am astonished at the poor service from this dealer. I will never go back. I would rather drive much further away to Avante Mazda (where I bought the car) as they actually know how to treat people! More

Great Staff & Great Vehicles In March of 2015 I purchased a new 2015 Mazda 3. Yes the car is great, but dealing with the staff made the whole experience that much better! I know I'm leaving out quite a few people but everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I did not feel pressured at all. I got the impression that my satisfaction was their priority and I was left feeling very happy about the whole experience. I have visited the dealership a few times since and I really do feel that I'm part of a family at Maple Mazda! I recommend not only the vehicles but to deal only with Maple Mazda. Great Job all round. I almost want to buy another one in black! More
