Horrible customer service Initially went to see a used vehicle which I was told was in pristine condition. It was not. I had driven quite a distance to see this car and was quite disappointed with Ray's lack of honesty regarding the cars condition. Ray did not seem to care that I had gone so far out of my way based on his appraisal of the car. He did not respond with any concern until I let him know I would be leaving a truthful review of my experience. This got his attention. He offered to make the situation "right" and would see what he could do regarding other vehicles they had. We agreed to a deal on a new Civic. I was pleased enough with this deal. However after taking delivery of the car and reviewing the paperwork I had some concerns and questions. Ray did all he could to avoid any concrete answers. He would make a good politician. As I was getting frustrated with the exchange and expressing that to him he openly laughed at me at told me he no longer had time for me and disconnected our call. I have had issues with the car including the poor quality tires that come on the vehicle. I took this up with Dawn who simply said that the tire pressure should be checked and anything further will need to dealt with Honda Canada directly as this is not a dealer issue. I have read many of the reviews here and see that most bad reviews are in regard to the service department. I will be sure to not even take a chance with them and get my car serviced elsewhere. More
