Showed us both the civic sedan and civic hatchback and thoroughly ex Went in to look for my first car and meant Tom, very experienced and helpful guy! Showed us both the civic sedan and civic hatchback and thoroughly explained the features both vehicles came with, with plenty of details and demonstrations. At the end i went with the civic hatchback and on pick up day he thoroughly walked me through how to operate the vehicle. Once in a while he would check up on how im doing and how the vehicle is doing. Overall great salesman! More
