Andrew Arden is top notch! I had the pleasure to deal with Andrew for my CRV, which is still under warranty. The chrome piece from the tailgate was coming apart so that part was I had the pleasure to deal with Andrew for my CRV, which is still under warranty. The chrome piece from the tailgate was coming apart so that part was ordered and replaced in under four days. I also requested a few screws to be replaced that were rusting away and he was happy to sort me out with that too. Andrew is very friendly and helpful too.
