I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase the second I walked in, but with his sales expertise and knowledge of the Honda vehicles, I wanted to know more about leasing vs financing options. Sitting down with him, he was very thorough and made me feel comfortable with my decision. He even let me sit in the demo model of the 2019 civic EX so that I was able to see in real life what it was like to be in the car and all the features it had to offer. Throughout the process of getting approved, he kept in contact and made the process as smooth as possible. Upon receiving the car, he showed all the functions and how to use it.
