After experiencing the performance and reliability of my husbands Honda Civic (also purchased from Raffaele) I was confident that Honda was the brand of car for me. Raffaele as always was very flexible and worked around our work schedules and booked an appointment quickly for us to view the inventory. Raffaele made us feel extremely welcome (offered coffee and water). He asked us a various of questions such as which model we were looking at, key features that were most important to us, our budget etc. Based on our conversation, Raffaele proceeded to direct us to the lot to view the vehicles that fit our needs/wants. Raffaele was very informative and knowledgeable. He ensured to answer every question we had without missing any little detail. We then laid our eyes on a beautiful 2017 Honda Crv Ex-L. Great Customer Service Was my first visit to Maple Honda today and it was a great one! I had Kevin Bechu as my service advisor for a frame recall for my CR-V and everything Was my first visit to Maple Honda today and it was a great one! After around 1 hour the service was finished and Kevin let me know what was done to my car and assured me everything went great.
