Ray's product knowledge was incredible and his authentically pleasant manner was so refreshing.Even after 2 return visits he continually maintained patience, warmth and professionalism Throughout the entire purchase process from introductions , to test drive and finally through to signing all papers, I felt entirely confident and fully appreciated. Additionally, because I was making this purchase for my 82 year old mother in law, Ray's true character really became apparent in the respect, sensitivity, understanding and caring that he showed her. He made this purchase more of a celebration for her than simply just another car sale.
