Moving beyond that, he then impressed us with his depth of character, as reflected in his service. He was always patient, always respectful, and we never felt pushed to make a decision. When it came down to our actual purchase of our new Honda CR-V, Ray made sure that we got a good offer on the vehicle, and there was none of the adversity commonly associated with the negotiation process of buying a car. Very much the antithesis of a "typical salesperson," all through the process, Ray's attention was more on us and our lives, rather than the sale. We also appreciated his honesty and candor, as he guided us to make the best choices around our CR-V, to ensure that we would be happy long-term with the vehicle that we got. Post-sales, Ray has followed up, making sure that we are happy with our purchase, and doing all that he can to assist us. We are so fortunate that he was the sales person assigned to us when we walked through the door of Maple Honda: we actually looked forward to our meetings and calls with him.
