He allowed me to haggle and we worked out a compromise respectfully. He offered his suggestions and advice, but was not pushy what-so-ever. He explained what it means to "lease" a vehicle because I had no idea what it was. I ended up leasing the new Honda Civic 2017. The process was absolutely painless. It also would not have happened without the help of Domenic Cannito explained financials about leasing the vehicle. He worked hard for me to get approved to lease the vehicle. The entire process was amazingly quick and professional. I first went into the dealership on a Thursday evening, and was able to pick up the vehicle the following Wednesday - so not even one week! I would definitely recommend Paul & Domenic. Moving beyond that, he then impressed us with his depth of character, as reflected in his service. He was always patient, always respectful, and we never felt pushed to make a decision. When it came down to our actual purchase of our new Honda CR-V, Ray made sure that we got a good offer on the vehicle, and there was none of the adversity commonly associated with the negotiation process of buying a car. Very much the antithesis of a "typical salesperson," all through the process, Ray's attention was more on us and our lives, rather than the sale. We also appreciated his honesty and candor, as he guided us to make the best choices around our CR-V, to ensure that we would be happy long-term with the vehicle that we got. Post-sales, Ray has followed up, making sure that we are happy with our purchase, and doing all that he can to assist us. He's VERY attentive, knowledgeable, genuine and extremely patient! I explained the features I would be interested in, as well as my budget and he made sure I drove off with my new car satisfied. Purchasing a car isn't easy and can be very confusing as it was with me! I've been to many dealerships of all sorts and I was never impressed.
