Hi Dale, i'm sorry that your experience here was less than desirable. Can you please give me more information so I can look into what happened and find out what recalls were performed. We have had a lot of recalls and the letter from GM to customers indicates parts are available, what they don't tell you is that they don't pre send them to the dealers and we are sometimes waiting along time after ordering because other dealers are ordering as well. That being said, I feel that we have dropped the ball if you didn't receive notice that the parts were in, our process is to call and if no contact is made after 3 days then we mail out a card. If you can give me your serial number for your vehicle I can look into this and correct it for future customers if there is a part of the process failing. Thank you for your time. Why would you need specific info to improve your customer support? I already told you the problem and now you know your service is not perfect. It's up to you to improve it, or not, and for me to decide if it's worth buying another GM product...
