Review a long time coming. We have been dealing with Mann Northway (Ed Borix) for 6 going on 7 years and have had nothing, but positive experiences. Ed was never pushy as I We have been dealing with Mann Northway (Ed Borix) for 6 going on 7 years and have had nothing, but positive experiences. Ed was never pushy as I imagine he figured us for the picky type (which we are) and he would back off and let us look around and would answer any questions we had. He was verrrrry patient with our last truck. Although we couldn't quite agree on terms for upgrading to a new truck recently. We we're treated with respect and handshakes from the dealership staff and sent of with a smile by Ed after all was said and done. So we decided to make upgrades to our existing truck in the mean time. We talked to Brian Miller for 2 minutes tops and he gave us the information we needed to accessorize. As of yesterday we have had the Kicker VSS audio upgrade installed and it sounds amazing. The best part was Brian keeping us updated on the progress through email over the few hours it took to install. We will never shop for a vehicle or truck accessories anywhere else! Peter I'm so disappointed that you felt this way after I returned your money. We had no idea the car was damaged preaviosly as all the dejected we did showed no damage. As you looked and drove it a few times along with your people looking at it I'm sure, and they didn't see the damage we didn't see. It is very very hard to find a used car that has never had a bit of damage but that usually shows up in the SGI reports, in this case it didn't. I don't think many dealers would have returned all your money in a case like this as the SADA and consumer act would say the dealer did all the checks that is legally required and you looked at it and drive it with help a couple of times I am told. As for how hard it was to get your money back, the managers do not have the authority to do that, I do, and you had your money back within 4 hours of me looking at the deal and hearing your side of the story. I did this because I didn't feel it was fair to you to keep a car you aren't happy with, and was hoping we could keep you as a customer, but by your report you had other plans. Again I am sorry and good luck.

Thank you for your honest reponse. I looked into this and Yelena says she explained tha FIRST CANDIAN TIRE AND RIM WARRANRTY was avaliable now at the same price of just TIRE WARRANTY from GM making the FIRST CANADIAN the best value. Therefore we sell more of the First Canadian Warranty now. I cant hounestly tell you if she went through the warranty cancelation in the even of a tottal loss as most people dont purchase something because they can cancel it. But I do value your loyality and this response therefore I will offer you a free GM TIRE ROAD HAZZARD warranty on your next auto purchase from us. I hope this helps and thank you again., Sory about your Terrain, hope no one was hurt.

First of all I did not get a explanation that it was different as in not the same as gm warranty. Second of all I was under the impression I was buying the gm warranty like I bought with my truck. and no I don't find them the same if there the same price and not able to cancel if you someone wrecks your vehicle or I decide to trade it in. Knowing that I have bought 4 vehicles in the last 2 and half years should be evident enough to see that paying for a warranty I may never use because I buy a vehicle when I choose. I didn't buy it so I can cancel it but did not think I would lose out if I decided to get another vehicle. I don't find it to be the best value as its not the same as gm's at the same price and having the option to cancel it if something changes in terms of vehicles should be warranted. Thanks for the offer but most likely will not be buying a vehicle from your dealer again. You seem to misunderstand the whole complaint and definitely don't see the point. when I buy a chev or gm vehicle I expect to get a chev or gm warranty not some other warranty never heard of.
