One Star is too generous of a rating. My vehicle was "diagnosed" on July 28th. The appointment was in the morning, I received a call at 1pm. I was told that I needed to replace the battery, about $400. The vehicle would not run, was told previously that it was an engine issue, different shop. I asked what else is wrong and the response I got was, we don't know, it won't start, it needs a battery. I was told the mechanic was on lunch and would call when they returned, did not occur. I did receive a call right before 5, and was told that it is fixable but it would cost over 3000 and that I need to send half so that the work can be done, company policy. Even though it is clearly advertised on their website that you can apply for a payment plan, not offered to me at all. The advisor was very pushy and when I was pushy back, he acted like a victim. No invoice or quote was sent or offered, just pay us half now. I was told the part was three to four days out and should be done by the end of the week. I called on the Wednesday to check on the progress and to see if the money was received as there was no acknowledgement at all, only to be told that the part did not get ordered on Monday as stated, but it was ordered on Tuesday and would not be in until the following week and the work would be completed on Monday or Tuesday. I reminded the advisor that the Monday was a statutory holiday and he just laughed and told me, Tuesday or Wednesday then, August 5th or 6th. These days pass and I tried to contact the service department on the 7th to speak to the advisor. I spoke to the receptionist and she told me the advisor was at his desk and transferred the call, he did not answer. I called again on August 11th, spoke to the advisor again, he acted like it was inconvenient that I was calling. He told me that the part was received, would not elaborate further, and then said the work could maybe be done later this week, as it had to get booked in for the service. I asked if there was anyway that they could put a rush on this as now I have not had a car for 4 weeks! The response, a laugh and "I know, I know." Not sure in what world a car is taken in for service, had parts ordered then put the car on the back burner until there is a service spot available. This is absolutely disgusting and I have not even received my vehicle back and zero positive communication from the advisor. I was told the part was a few days out, which is understandable, but the work should have been completed as soon as the part was in the shop, not after I had to call to ensure there was another appointment booked. Absolutely mind blowing that they treat customers in this manner and the response is to laugh and a tough luck attitude. More

The guy who sold me the vehicle is Harrison Miller, and was working with 2 other clients at the time, I didn’t have full attention and overall deal. I bought my car about 7 months ago for $14 000, and $3200 on warranty. I was told it had two pieces of work/damage on it from “Unknown reasons”, easily brushed off as a headlight or bumper. Took it for a check in, oil change, tire changeover, and wheel alignment about 4 months after I bought it and was told it also needed new struts, for about 1600, and that it had transmission problems but didn’t get an estimate on the price of that. Those weren’t apart of the warranty premium package, but those problems happened right after I got the vehicle. The back right wheel before I changed them, had problems with it, always needing to fill it up and had a tilt to it, hence why I switched those out, which also happened right after I bought the vehicle. The guy who sold me the vehicle is named Harrison Miller, and I’ve been trying to work out to get a new vehicle through them, without explanations or luck. More
