Living in the North trucks are the main transportation because of the harsh gravel roads and harsh weather. The Sierra GMC is the perfect truck and its great on gas, It handles great on the rough roads and rides smooth on the average gravel roads, I am extremely happy with my new truck. I feel that they have proven to me in a short period of time that they care about there customers. Matt was recomended to me though a friend and I was treated wonderfully. He did not pressure me at all and also took the time to ask about my needs in a vehicle. He found some suv's that i loved!! I was sent to Rob to get my loan, he was also super helpfull. He got me all the warranty I need as I live out of town and drive alot. So the whole buying prosess was plesent and quick. The sales manager Mark even congratulated me on my new vehicle, and thanked me for dealing with Mann! But the real Event that proved to me that they care is when I blew a tire on my way to work. I had only had the car for 3 days and felt down in my luck when it happend. I came in to the drive threw and talked to Brian and told him that I had a blown tire and needed it fixed asap as I live and work out of town! When Matt had found out that I was back to get a new tire he went above and beyond for me. He brought over Mark the sales manager, who set me up with a loaner until my new tire came in! This has been the best experience with a car dealership I just hope you guys know how much it meant to me being treated so well! Easy going folks and good value - 2015 Cadillac SRX Things went well, our Salesman (Thomas Crane) was knowledgeable, bright and easy going. The Sales Manager Paul went the extra mile to make us a good deal, i.e., I received a very fair trade-in price, a reduced interest rate, and a good sale price on the Cadillac. Everything went really well, except they are kind of slow at the finanacing desk even though I have excellent credit ... but it was Saturday with only one guy on so maybe that was why. We were introduced to all the staff in the building including all the service and support people, we thought that was nice touch. My husband maybe be trading in his truck next week, if he can get a similar deal, so I guess you can say we were happy with our first experience at Mann-Northway! More
