I recommend Yelena to anyone who is purchasing a new vehicle, she is honest, trust worthy and not out for a quick sale. Yelena also checks back with me and checks how i'am enjoying my new SRX. After the purchase of my new SRX she gave me the run through on how everything works and put me through to OnStar. Great experience I purchased a Chevy trax in March of this year, and was extremely impressed by the great service I received. Matt walked me thru the car I was interes I purchased a Chevy trax in March of this year, and was extremely impressed by the great service I received. Matt walked me thru the car I was interested in and his friendly attitude was reassuring that I was buying the right vehicle for my needs. I left the dealership feeling great about my purchase. I went back a couple times to ask questions and also purchased a new phone and Matt did not hesitate to download what I needed for my command start and explain how it worked. I also felt satisfied when Matt called me to see how I was enjoying my new Trax and if I had any questions for him. It was my last stop after a long day of going from dealership to dealership looking at cars. I was only there because My husband wanted me to look at a car there. She asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and immediately started to show me vehicles. In a matter of no time she had me in vehicle In my price range that I loved and was ready to purchase.
