Rocky Start that ended very well I live two hours away from Mann Northway. They are my closest GM dealership so when I found a vehicle that I was interested in I called down and told I live two hours away from Mann Northway. They are my closest GM dealership so when I found a vehicle that I was interested in I called down and told the first salesman that I would be there at 2pm to look at the vehicle. When I got there my wife and I waited 30 mins. While the front desk kept paging him. After 45 mins Another salesman gave us the keys to the vehicle so we could go and look at it. After looking at it we sat down with the salesman and he said they need to appraise my trade-in so he put us in a waiting area while that was done. The appraisal happened quickly and when they finished my wife and I waited another 45 mins in the waiting area until I decided to swing by the salesman's office only to find him dealing with some other people. Frustrated I seeked out Ed Borix who was Wonderful he got us a great deal quickly and was very personable friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend him. More
