I remembered that when I went to buy another vehicle. I had a trade in the second time and they were able to get me into a truck which I wanted. A year and a half later I received and email regarding a special trade in sale with the truck I owned. I went into Mann to inquire about some options. I ended up walking out of there with a total upgrade! Traded in a good truck for an even better truck and again my salesman worked with me to fit my needs and to get me into something that would make me truly happy! I would recommend them to anyone. The service department always treats me good along with the rest of the staff that I've had to deal with! More

Too busy to care about customers I can't put all of my experience on the dealer... GM itself is an unorganized company... Had three recalls on my vehicle and was notified that the par I can't put all of my experience on the dealer... GM itself is an unorganized company... Had three recalls on my vehicle and was notified that the parts were in... Parts were in... TORONTO! Dealer said they would order from Toronto and should have them in "7 to 10 days" (ever heard that before?) Well, after several weeks I stopped in and asked when the parts would be in... "Oh, they're all in"... Thanks for calling me... NOT! Made an appointment for a few days later... They never seem to forget the reminder phone call (wouldn't want to jeopardize their money-making time)... Only took the morning to do the recall work and service called me as soon as it was done (gotta get that cash from the customer before it goes bad)... I have no idea if the work was done, done correctly... I'll just go on blind faith and hope I don't have an accident... I guess I shouldn't complain about no-cost servicing... Left dealership and went straight to Jiffy Lube for an oil change... cheaper, quicker, and no appointment needed! I seem to have fewer problems with my car the more I avoid the dealership.... wonder why? More

I also did not feel as if I was pressured into anything. Jerry was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and helped answer any concerns that I had while looking. Ed L'Henaff who helped me with the financing of my vehicle was also very helpful and friendly. He worked hard at finding which options were best for me. Since purchasing my vehicle, Jerry checked up on me a couple times, just to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if there was any more questions I needed answered. I have also gone in to see him a couple times since purchasing my vehicle and he really takes the time to talk to me, not making me feel rushed or a waste of time. I very much appreciate the help Jerry, Ed and everyone else at Mann Northway has given me and I won't hesitate to go back. More
