Friends helping friends I knew Ron Mathers from working with him in the past and also playing hockey with him. Frustrating Well, after more than 5 weeks of my Equinox being in the shop it's really hard to not be frustrated and disappointed. The engine light went on so the Well, after more than 5 weeks of my Equinox being in the shop it's really hard to not be frustrated and disappointed. The engine light went on so they have been trying to figure out why. Apparently they finally talked with tech support but they're still working on it. I finally agreed to take a car from them to drive but still nothing. They say that our car is a top priority but we know that the mechanics fixing it are going on to other jobs which means our car is waiting. Sometimes they are waiting for parts or parts to be fixed but they should be working 8 hrs a day on it when they have everything. My husband keeps checking every second day or so but it's the same thing, either it's not working or they're putting it together still. Enough is enough,. More

Good buying experience Purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra from Mann-Northway in Prince Albert last week and dealt with Matt Roberts as the Sale Person and Rob Mamczasz as the finan Purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra from Mann-Northway in Prince Albert last week and dealt with Matt Roberts as the Sale Person and Rob Mamczasz as the financial wizard. Both were great to work with and at no time did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. Both were honest, straightforward and were looking after my best interest, as a matter of fact Rob saved me over $1,000 in finding a better way of financing the vehicle that met my needs. Matt found the vehicle I wanted from a lot in Alberta and brought the vehicle in. Again they listened and gave me what I wanted, not what they had that may have been more convenient for them. The price I received for my trade-in was fair and Matt explained clearly how they came up to the price. The price I paid for the new vehicle was fair and again Matt explained clearly the breakdown. Rob explained every aspect of the financial, what the options were, and whether I wanted the options or not, that was my choice and not forced either way. Overall a goo buying experience, absolutely no buyer remorse and I would recommend the Dealership, and specifically Matt and Rob to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. More
