I really liked Rob because he was friendly but didn't take a lot of my time with small talk that I have had happen to me at Manns. You can't fault customer service but like I said the process could be shortened up a bit by less "sales pitch" when the deal is done. In and out is what I would like to see. If I could buy a vehicle on the phone I would; Overall experience was great! More

1 hour and 45 min oil change Currently sitting in waiting room waiting for oil change. So far it's been an hour and 45 mins. Was told that it would take 30 mins. Also, it is a very quiet day and we had to back out of the service bay because the drive through service bay has cars parked in it. Every time I come here it is so slow. A lot of staff. Waiting room is messy. More
