Worst run around ever The new tires put on the vehicle I bought were sold to me as a selling feature that THEY put on. Now if I have a flat tire (twice already) they try and tell me it takes four days to get here because they don`t stock that tire. But after arguing can have it here tomorrow. They let me drive away on a donut knowing I live out of town. Plausible deniability...........Does anyone else think this is a selling feature? Should this have been disclosed? Then I get a service manager that puffs his chest out and says "I paid the 26$ freight what else do you want.........."............... Are you kidding me Mann Northway. So, I got a "certified" used vehicle at Mann Northway. I had electrical trouble while on holidays, couldn`t get to Mann before it closed and no other dealership would make time for a Mann Motors customer. The electrical issue was a safety concern so I got it fixed at a local shop. On week 4 of trying to get reimbursed through warranty. First the one person in the entire organization that can send a claim forward was on holidays so had to wait for him to return. Then when he did return no one bothered to follow up with me. I follow up at the end of the week and of course - so and so should have called you so sorry.......... there should be a cheque here for you Friday. Friday....... no phone call, today I follow up again to be told we are waiting for approval for a 200$ claim. Starting the fourth week of this being in Mann Motors hands and I am the jerk following up each day. Their managers don`t answer phones - goes directly to voice mail and cant get a call back until I say I will call every ten minutes until I get to talk to the manager.At some point sorry doesn`t cut it...... do something. Will a less than 200$ check really sink the ship. Shame on you Mann Northway. More

Review a long time coming. We have been dealing with Mann Northway (Ed Borix) for 6 going on 7 years and have had nothing, but positive experiences. Ed was never pushy as I We have been dealing with Mann Northway (Ed Borix) for 6 going on 7 years and have had nothing, but positive experiences. Ed was never pushy as I imagine he figured us for the picky type (which we are) and he would back off and let us look around and would answer any questions we had. He was verrrrry patient with our last truck. Although we couldn't quite agree on terms for upgrading to a new truck recently. We we're treated with respect and handshakes from the dealership staff and sent of with a smile by Ed after all was said and done. So we decided to make upgrades to our existing truck in the mean time. We talked to Brian Miller for 2 minutes tops and he gave us the information we needed to accessorize. As of yesterday we have had the Kicker VSS audio upgrade installed and it sounds amazing. The best part was Brian keeping us updated on the progress through email over the few hours it took to install. We will never shop for a vehicle or truck accessories anywhere else!
