Review a long time coming. We have been dealing with Mann Northway (Ed Borix) for 6 going on 7 years and have had nothing, but positive experiences. Ed was never pushy as I We have been dealing with Mann Northway (Ed Borix) for 6 going on 7 years and have had nothing, but positive experiences. Ed was never pushy as I imagine he figured us for the picky type (which we are) and he would back off and let us look around and would answer any questions we had. He was verrrrry patient with our last truck. Although we couldn't quite agree on terms for upgrading to a new truck recently. We we're treated with respect and handshakes from the dealership staff and sent of with a smile by Ed after all was said and done. So we decided to make upgrades to our existing truck in the mean time. We talked to Brian Miller for 2 minutes tops and he gave us the information we needed to accessorize. As of yesterday we have had the Kicker VSS audio upgrade installed and it sounds amazing. The best part was Brian keeping us updated on the progress through email over the few hours it took to install. We will never shop for a vehicle or truck accessories anywhere else! I won't go to anyone else! I recently bought a 2017 Chev Equinox at Mann Northway. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Mann and I am 100% satisfied again.
