I'm incredibly frustrated being charged to have my vehicle looked at for things that could have been explained as not under warranty. My 2019 sierra had major engine trouble requiring top rebuild 4000 lm after warranty expired. The repair cost was 12k but they were able to have a 25% discount applied.
