Horrible experience, plus a theft from my vehicle I brought my car in for warranty work (badly corroding paint on a 4 year old GMC Terrain vehicle), no air in cabin, weather stripping coming off (alre I brought my car in for warranty work (badly corroding paint on a 4 year old GMC Terrain vehicle), no air in cabin, weather stripping coming off (already replaced once two months ago which I paid out of pocket for), electrical problems with windows /usb ports. They had the paint done within 2 days; however, made me wait an additional 12 days (while I'm paying insurance on the rental vehicle) only to find out they did not even fix the issues I asked besides a cabin filter- in 12 days! (weather stripping was not touched, usb port is not working). In that 12 days they told me the vehicle wouldn't start (which I never had a problem with) told me they would verify if it was not on warranty and then told me after they apparently fixed it that it wasn't warrantied, also ordered an oil change (at 176$) which I did not even ask for. All this and tried to charge me over $700 for a cabin filter! I am beyond upset. Also, 2 things were stolen from my vehicle. Will not go back to this dealership again. More
