More or less had to keep calling,said was a service manual in my suv,nothing,said it was in excellent shape,found dent on hood,lots stone chip damage.Asked the delivery driver to have Brent Kennedy cal manual in my suv,nothing,said it was in excellent shape,found dent on hood,lots stone chip damage.Asked the delivery driver to have Brent Kennedy call me about damage,7 days not a phone call returned,Matt who delivered my suv took pictures to prove pre delivery damages.not once was told about itby dealership before paying cash for my suv.customer service was terrible,any calls for customer updare was 0.I am not happy about any of this :( More
