Would recommend them to people, awesome customer service and a wonderful staff. They were patient and answered any questions I had about getting a new car. and a wonderful staff. They were patient and answered any questions I had about getting a new car. More
Both service reps were great, dropping off and picking up were efficient. Getting the battery changed in my key fobs for free by the service department was a bonus! were efficient. Getting the battery changed in my key fobs for free by the service department was a bonus! More

I said ok do the work and then they broke my exhaust and tried to get me to pay for that as well. I wasn’t having it. Long story short they didn’t do the tune up and wanted to sell me different spark plugs instead of using the ones I bought specifically for the car. I left there with a new clicking sound when I would shift gears from reverse to drive. I told them what was going on and they told me it would cost $3500 to fix that new problem. I had no noise or problems with my car going into this shop. Then they called me, emailed me, text me to trade my car off. Straight dirty business. Cost me $1500 to get new problems and issues with my car. Simple tune up not so simple. I would not recommend anyone going to this automotive shop ever. More
Just money grab. They over price all used car. Dealership sees customers as cows only to milk it to last bit. Also make fun of the customer around the corner and laug They over price all used car. Loyal customer for over 10 years. Purchased 4 chev 1500 trucks within this time. First two were alright. 2017 LTZ engine and transmission failure at 56,000 km. Got it fixed, which too Purchased 4 chev 1500 trucks within this time. First two were alright. 2017 LTZ engine and transmission failure at 56,000 km. Got it fixed, which took a couple of weeks. Got it back and a week later it broke down again with the same problems. Brought it in and purchased a brand new 2021 High Country out of the showroom. Within 6 months or 13,000km it had bent pushrods and lifter failure. I broke down north of LaRonge and crawled it into town. Had to wait three days for a tow because they told me it would cost money for them to tow it themselves, so I had to wait. Another month in the shop. Once fixed I started having oil consumption problems. They kept telling me to bring it in and start an oil consumption test, which required me to bring it in every 1000km three times. I didn’t and kept adding oil when needed. Oil loss kept getting worse, so I finally started the consumption test. The first and second intervals of 1000km I was losing about a litre of oil. 200 km into the third interval I started losing power and all gauges went crazy until I shut off the truck. I brought into shop and find out cylinders 2 and 7 need replacing. Chain case needs replacing and also a few other issues. GM and Chev know about these issues and keep getting dealerships to patch up these problems, which is obviously not working. The following Monday get a call from parts to tell me they are in. Then dealership texts to bring my truck in. I tell them I brought it in a week ago, They then tell me it should be finished in about a week. I phone about a week and a half later to see if it’s done. I am then told, “ oh , we are short staffed on technicians and we haven’t even started on it yet”. It was in the shop for a month again. I attempted to buy a new truck, this time a 1500 diesel as reports show they are more reliable. They wouldn’t give me deal or anything close to the payments I was currently making. Salesman had no time for me as well. So I traded it in and went with Ram Rebel from Andersons in Prince Albert, as they were way more accommodating. One year later I have no issues at all. Whether your new or a loyal customer, it’s only a game of squeezing as muck out of you as they can. Don’t recommend at all. I would go to Shelbrook Chevrolet if I ever decide to drive chev again. More
