We bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica back in May of 2020. The buying experience was fine but three months later the battery was completely dead. It was testing at 8.3V. Pretty unusual for a 3 year old bat The buying experience was fine but three months later the battery was completely dead. It was testing at 8.3V. Pretty unusual for a 3 year old battery with 13,000kms on it to be dead. We ended up finding a new battery in Regina and replaced it so that we could leave on our holiday. When we got back I texted the salesperson on Friday August 2nd asking if they could call me. They did and we discussed the dead battery, as I was enquiring if they had any sort of short term warranty on their vehicles. I was hoping they would cover the cost of the battery as it had only been three months. It has now been a over a month and half and no one has even called me back or got in touch with me one way or another. It basically seems like you drive off the lot and you aren't there problem anymore. Kudos on the excellent customer service. More
