Buyer Beware Well, From the start I feel I was taken advantage of. Price of payments were 117 dollars over what I was quoted. When questioned . They gave me money back for items I didnt ask for. A Day after getting my Ford escape I notice à big chip in my windshield, bottom just above wiper. I went to glass Shop to see what it would cost to replace.. When Maitlands was told about it again it was Oh well nothing they can do. You walk around your vehicle to make sure there are no marks or dents when you take your vehicle but never think there will be a chip in your windshield now costing over 383.00 plus tax to replace. Brand New off lot! Have big lemons that I can put on my escape and that may be the answer. So no one else is taken advantage of. Seems there is nothing they can do to correct this problem. Still feel I was over charged as my 2014 sticker price was higher than my 2017 Ford escape price. More

They gave me a great value for my 2011 trade in (more than what I expected) and the finance side of the deal was made very smooth and easy by Josh Pringle! i went in for the tradein event to buy a used truck and tradein my 2006 mustang. i told him i would not take less than a certain price which the used manager said he was ok with.the salesman refused to hon tradein my 2006 mustang. i told him i would not take less than a certain price which the used manager said he was ok with.the salesman refused to honour my $1000 coupon in the deal.i will never buy another car there again. very shifty dont trust to get a fair deal More
