My visit was to have the gas fill up door removed and replaced. It was handled promptly and efficiently. I have one unresolved issue with the modem recall. I understand that this will cost upwards of replaced. It was handled promptly and efficiently. I have one unresolved issue with the modem recall. I understand that this will cost upwards of $1000.00 and is at my expense and not Lincoln’s. I’d like to know why since the vehicle was purchased with the link feature as part of the package. The reason it has to be replaced is that it is an up grade from 3G to 4G at no fault of mine. A response would be appreciated. More

My expiriance with Jessica Brodie on the whole was good. The dealership did miss a few minor thing that I will have to get rectified in Thunder Bay. It was a whirl wind experience & a few thing were overlooked. I did however not like the outright lie I was told about the transaction fee that couldn't be bargained with. I was told by Jessica that there were auditors who looked at the transaction fee had to stay in place. I followed up on this auditor hearsay at our own Ford dealership.. When I mentioned this auditoer re transaction fee the local dealership sales manager giggled into my ear & said this is the first time he's ever heard of such B S. I'm let down by the outright lie by the Maintland Ford sales team. As I have said the rest of the experience was painless & so far seems to be on the up & up. More
