My visit was to have the gas fill up door removed and replaced. It was handled promptly and efficiently. I have one unresolved issue with the modem recall. I understand that this will cost upwards of $1000.00 and is at my expense and not Lincoln’s. I’d like to know why since the vehicle was purchased with the link feature as part of the package. The reason it has to be replaced is that it is an up grade from 3G to 4G at no fault of mine. A response would be appreciated. More
