Booked a 7:40am service appointment through there onsite app and requested a rental car at that time. Received an email confirming my appointment. Received a phone call stating appointment was at 10:00am??I asked how could that be. She told me that is what I Booked. I asked her to read the email? She still blamed me. I asked about the rental car? She said I was booked for a shuttle? I said where to and she had no idea? I cancelled the appointment and will never deal there. I took my vehicle in for brakes and a tune up and no other problems and when I let there was a strange noise coming from the engine area. After further investigation I find the air filter cover is off, other problems and when I let there was a strange noise coming from the engine area. After further investigation I find the air filter cover is off, the engine air hose is disconnected, the radiator overflow reservoir is cracked and the hose leading to it is damaged. I took it back to them and without even diagnosing the problem, or looking at the engine, they said to give them $400 and they would change my fan belts??? I still can't believe this happened. Never going back! More
