He has been patient and accommodating as we spent the last 9 months figuring out what we wanted. We have test drove, re-drove and re-re-drove vehicles. He has never let any frustration show with my endless questions and has been a gentleman in the truest sense of the word! At the end of the day Bill's handling of us hasn't gone unnoticed and did play a factor in our decision to stay with the Ford family. Bill had gone above and beyond what people would "expect" from a sales rep and we look forward to working with him again! More
