Yet I must admit to being nervous when I took the test drive. I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the new technology. But Bill Proulx was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured into getting any features I didn't want. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent. The entire team: Bill Proulx, Kim Power and Kelly Kaufmann, were professional, courteous and honourable. More

Most people have a chip on their shoulder about car salesman and dealerships and I have to say, this was THE smoothest vehicle buying experience I've experienced in a LONG while! Roman INSTANTLY reached out to me about a web inquiry on a Flex and went insofar as to make me a personalized "walk around" video of the vehicle to save me time and further peak my interest. I was direct and knew exactly what I wanted and upon outreach, Roman and I worked out an arrangement on the new Flex without a hiccup. Kelly facilitated the transaction on my Trade-in and Candace put together all the paperwork and financials, and less than 24hours later I am a proud owner of a new Flex with some awesome bells and whistles.
