Great new car buying experience My husband and went to several dealerships looking for a new SUV. We were able to each test drive 2 vehicles. Again we were allowed to test drive the vehicle of our choice. Justin was great answering questions or getting answers for us. When we made our decision they were willing to work with us for financing and trade-in. I was pleasantly surprised at the high the trade-in value Shane gave us. It was higher than the original manufacturer! Chris in financing was great with all the paperwork and phone calls back and forth with us. When our bank took longer he told us what to expect. The last thing thay ranked highest for me as a mother was the second day we were there with our two young kids for quite a while. All the staff were great with them and patient. They turned the TV on a kids' channel gave them beverages and balloons and made it a very good family experience. More

Chris was low pressure and Stephen helped us with some debt consolidation at the same time with the .99% interest rate. Yes, they cut us a cheque to pay off our other car loan and a small line of credit. That in itself, made the whole experience worth while. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I had shopped around at multiple dealerships and looked at a variety of trucks to purchase over the past month and decided to purchase one from a deal I had shopped around at multiple dealerships and looked at a variety of trucks to purchase over the past month and decided to purchase one from a dealership that I won’t name... I was suppose to go in and write the paper work that morning but just didn’t have a good feeling about it, I decided to look at one more dealership before I pulled the trigger and that dealership was Maclin Ford. I was geeeted by Brendan Vacon and I instantly knew I wanted to buy my truck from him. He really listened and cared about what I was looking for and I trusted him immediately, we found a truck on the lot that perfectly fit what I was looking for. His knowledge about the vehicle made me feel so comfortable and confident that I was buying the right truck for me and my family. I am so glad that I had second thoughts and decided to look one last time and ran into Brendan.
