During those 10 months not even once they updated me on the status. I was the one calling and going in person to check on the status of the car. Every time there was no straight answer. First, the excuse was the BC floods, then was another thing. After my phone calls, a couple of times Cynthia tried to offer me used car once and different color the second time for extra $2000 extended warranty. Her explanation was that another customer canceled on this vehicle but he ordered extended warranty and this is the only way I can get the car. After I told her that I am not paying extra, she never got back to me. Now 10 months later they told me that they can not secure the car for me. PLEASE save yourself the headaches and go to another dealership. More
