He was very helpful with questions, and had no problems explaining things to us, and helping us with anything that we needed. Lee Serban is the reason we keep returning to Heninger. The current Highlander we just purchased is the third vehicle we have dealt on with Heninger. Lee has dealt with us from day one, making us feel very comfortable. He is very personable, and friendly, while at the same time remaining very professional. Lee’s primary goal with us always has been to match us with the vehicle best suited for our needs, while keeping us happy with the service he is providing us. I really hope that management knows who they have with Lee as he is fantastic at what he does. More

Missing sunglasses, incomplete work I took my car in for service and put my sunglasses in the console compartment when i dropped the car off. On pickup, the console was open, sun glass c I took my car in for service and put my sunglasses in the console compartment when i dropped the car off. On pickup, the console was open, sun glass case was open and the glasses were gone. On driving away realized that they hadn't shut the hood. With $1000 service bill most dealers wash your car..... Not Heninger. Two years of poor service were outdone yesterday. I won't be back More

Best Toyota After being at a dealership and have many problems- we contacted heninger's service department at the reccomdation of a family friend. Took the car in- and within a day, had the issue figured out and is being fixed. Because one dealership chose to not care about a car fully covered under warranty. Thanks to this we have found our new dealership for good! And have already transferred everything over! More
