The reason I have given them this review rating is because I have had the worst experience here. They were extremely helpful and friendly until the papers were signed. They kindly offered to meet with me the next day, again I waited around until the car salesman, and all his buddies showed up to get my car for me, an hour late. Not to mention I came in from far out of town. The deal we had agreed upon was not what I signed up for (no wonder I had to wait around all day). Promising to send out extra keys my car sales man had failed to find the day we met up, one year later I have still yet to receive them. Upon checking up on the status of my keys numerous times, not one person can locate my extra keys. I'm paying way too much for a car that has paint pealing off of it. Not to mention wasn't even cleaned for me upon presenting it to me. Their poor customer service and customer care goes completely against their slogan and I advise EVERYONE to look else where. More

Sleaze doesn't even begin to cover the salesmen at MacNeil. I heard so many lies and made up stories come out of the salesmen's mouths that I ended up walking out. Apparently I know more about the v MacNeil. I heard so many lies and made up stories come out of the salesmen's mouths that I ended up walking out. Apparently I know more about the vehicles on their lots than they do. I also overheard a salesman let lie after lie slip out as he talked to what appeared a nice younger couple who knew nothing about what they were buying. If you buy from this dealership, please do your homework on the vehicle first because they will make up lies before admitting they have no idea what they are talking about. Otherwise please stay away from this dealership. Also what kind of salesman talks about his "blue blood" and shows up in his viper? Wow you have ripped off so many customers that you have money coming out of your yingyang? Also in doing a price comparison for their vehicles, I found the same vehicle with lower kms and loaded up with leather and the works for less money. Competitive? I think not. Do your homework!! NEVER, EVER buy a vehicle from this dealership! I signed a contract for financing, gave them a 'void' cheque, my aunt was co-signing & contract had to be taken to her for her signature, meanwhile Aaron took a contract for financing, gave them a 'void' cheque, my aunt was co-signing & contract had to be taken to her for her signature, meanwhile Aaron took me to get plates for it. Aaron also got a void cheque from her. It took me 6 phone calls & 4 months later to get a copy of the contract to find out that they put it in HER NAME ONLY! Due to her daughter being diagnosed with CANCER, she hadn't checked her bank account to see if it was being debited from her account (I was not aware that they got a void cheque from her as well!) I called TD Auto Financing - NOTHING IN MY NAME! THEY LIED & HAD NO PROBLEM DOING IT! Now, I'm having a xxxx of a time trying to get all this fixed & all the while, my aunt lives out of town, does not drive, is distraught over the medical issues of her daughter & she has to be present to RE-WRITE the loan! Legally, there is nothing I can do because I cannot PROVE that I signed the contract! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!! More
