They made us angry, they made us wait, they were rude, insulting, and not upfront with anything and I mean anything. We were calm and collected and reasonable. They resorted to insult and derogatory comments all because THEY made a mistake and did not own it. They did not realize it was just the one mistake that was an issue but the build up of mistakes during an entire day, in the heat none the less, THEY made that ended with us leaving in basically tears of frustration and insult and utter sadness. Very disappointed , I was told there would be something that would meet my finances. I was put into a car that I really liked and then I was told I didn't qualify for i , I was told there would be something that would meet my finances. I was also told that they would try a few different things and they would get back to me. I have called twice and no call back. Not Happy at all! Oh not to mention the older gentleman that was hanging around trying to sell me his car off the lot, I asked him if he worked there which he does not??? Just came off really greasy... More
